Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Manager for a growing, successful company in New Jersey. You will manage an offshore team of call center representatives. Your main goal will be to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and training methods.
**If you are local to the position, then this will be hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) and Remote for those note commutable.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate your team's performance.
- Improve process and procedures.
- Create reports to analyze data to aid in performance management, procedure improvement, and strategic business decisions.
- Communicate with different departments to advocate for the needs of customers.
- Strive for high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Management in a remote, global environment.
- Proficiency with Zendesk.
- E-commerce Industry experience.
- 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience and 5+ years of customer service experience in a comparable environment/industry.
