This role requires you to work onsite and is oriented towards individuals with proficiency in various accounting software systems and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Daily record-keeping of all lockbox deposits and mail deposits.
• Handling payments to donor's pledge accounts accurately.
• Conducting research on payment-related inquiries.
• Processing of credit card payments and credits when required.
• Management of Credit Card Schedule for recurring payments.
• Preparation of daily reports of web credit card transactions and reconciliation to Web Processor report.
• Journal entry preparation and applying payments for Web Transactions.
• Making necessary adjustments to donor accounts.
• Preparation of routine journal entries.
• Preparation of weekly collection reports.
• Account reconciliations as per requirement.
• Preparing Excel imports to CRM system.
• Regular filing and processing of all work-related materials.
• Professional interaction with staff on a regular basis.
• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is essential for the role.
• Knowledge of Concur Expense Management system is expected.
• Should have a strong understanding of various Accounting Functions.
• Must be able to handle Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a requirement.
• Auditing skills are necessary.
• Experience with Billing Functions is highly desirable.
