Responsibilities- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract potential applicants.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit requirements.
- Keep track of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving recruitment practices to optimize hiring strategies.
- Proven experience in online recruitment or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and technology.

- C1/C2 level English proficiency.
