Job Description- Provide project leadership by establishing, implementing, and supporting a proactive safety culture.
- Oversee the development and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontract proposals.
- Conduct job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approvals to ensure timely project funding.
- Lead the management of cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to meet defined project goals.
- Ensure the overall financial health of the project and accurate project forecasts.
- Represent the client during subcontract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience in Construction with a general contractor
- Healthcare experience is required
- Renovation and occupied spaces experience is preferred
- MEP Experience is preferred
- Easy going, self-motivated
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
- Strong management ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion
- Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
