Job Description
  • Provide project leadership by establishing, implementing, and supporting a proactive safety culture.
  • Oversee the development and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontract proposals.
  • Conduct job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approvals to ensure timely project funding.
  • Lead the management of cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to meet defined project goals.
  • Ensure the overall financial health of the project and accurate project forecasts.
  • Represent the client during subcontract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in Construction with a general contractor
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Renovation and occupied spaces experience is preferred
  • MEP Experience is preferred
  • Easy going, self-motivated
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
  • Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
  • Strong management ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion
