We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in New York. We are in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will require you to handle customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain records, all while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to clients.
  • Send out emails to clients as required, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Utilize Excel for tracking customer interactions and maintaining customer records.
  • Assist with the transition of the Accounts Receivable system, ensuring a smooth changeover.
  • Provide customer service to answer tenant questions effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize your Real Estate & Property Management knowledge to better serve our clients.
  • Use Yardi and MS Office to manage customer accounts and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks, particularly when handling customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records.
  • Utilize your skills in 'Call Center Customer Service', 'Collections', and 'Data Entry' to achieve daily tasks.
  • Handle client relations professionally, maintaining a positive image of the company. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate and property industry
  • Proficiency in call center customer service and collections
  • Knowledge of collection operations and high-volume data entry
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, including Excel formulas, and other MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with accounts receivables systems and Yardi software
  • Experience in managing email correspondence and maintaining client relations
  • Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of real estate property management practices
  • Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and speed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high pressure situations
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team as well as independently
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
