Job Description
About the RoleDue to significant growth and a strong project backlog of $80M+ for 2025, my client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical background. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple mechanical construction projects and should come from a mechanical contractor.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Oversee 4-5 projects at a time, totaling $20M+ in work✅ Manage tenant fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up construction projects
✅ Ensure project execution aligns with budgets, schedules, and quality standards
✅ Work closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
✅ Utilize Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Spectrum for project tracking and reporting

The Successful Applicant
