Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

Required skills & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine
- CRNP with PA license
- Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies (CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP)
- Strong background in D&A and Co-Occurring Disorders
- FP Board Certification preferred
- Candidate will conduct H&P's for new admissions and see clients for sick visits
- Back up coverage for detox rounds and MAT (suboxone, vivitrol) for withdrawal management
- Coordination (with the help of the nursing staff) with the primary care physician when appropriate
