Dental office manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Manage office staff and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in implementing growth oriented office policies

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or dental clinic
• Familiarity with managed care and insurance billing processes
• Strong understanding of practice management software such as Dentrix
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure
