We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and keep our facility running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to reduce downtime.
• Install and set up new equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Work closely with operators and production teams to address machine-related issues and improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and tools needed for repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills with the ability to repair a wide range of equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on safety.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or on-call, as needed.
