Job Description:
The Support Developer responds to requests for assistance from users experiencing system problems and inquiries. This role prioritizes and documents every support request, troubleshoots issues, answers questions, and eliminates software problems with necessary updates once problems are found.In addition, the Support Developer works closely with the team leader to identify needs and improve skillset proficiencies while continuing with professional development.
This is a hybrid position out of Mt. Laurel, NJ. The position pays $80,000-$100,000.
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing- Evaluate, prioritize and answer incoming requests for assistance
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the bug tracking system
- Prioritize problems based on severity
- Answer questions and investigate the errors generated by a system malfunction
- Design program logic to eliminate problems and increase system efficiency
- Perform troubleshooting of program errors to diagnose the cause
- Modify software applications and SQL code to permanently resolve problems that are found
- Supporting 24x7 production systems in a live environment
- Strong interest in technology, both existing and cutting edge
- Engineering mindset; Risk mitigation and scalability first. Correctness over speed.

- Analytical problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and attention to detail for working both individually and as part of a team
Required Skills:
- Experience with SQL executing queries, writing stored procedures
- Experience with Object Oriented Languages, specifically C#.
- Experience with or eagerness to learn a modern front end framework like Angular
- Experience working with team members, both technical and non, to solve problems and understand requirements.
- Experience with website development that is hosted in IIS
- Diverse technical knowledge of Windows, and tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or Sql Server Management Studio.
Education:
College degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent work experience is required

Additional Information:
Must complete ISO and FCRA certification tests. Must also complete department specific training certifications and corporate security training.All candidates are subject to a drug test and a background screening.
