We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic accounting team.

Job Description: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will oversee all aspects of our company's invoicing and collection processes. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate collection of receivables which directly impacts the company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process invoices accurately and timely.
2. Follow-up on, collect, and allocate payments received.
3. Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
4. Perform account reconciliations.
5. Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
6. Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
7. Ensure swift resolution of client discrepancies and payment issues.
8. Assist in month-end closing tasks and audits.
9. Adhere to all company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Preferred).
2. Proven working experience as Accounts Receivables Clerk.
3. Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
4. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
