- Extensive experience in banquets and event management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of banquet operations and industry trends
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
