Receptionist

We are looking for a meticulous Receptionist to join our team in the construction industry. Located in Norwood, Massachusetts, this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, your main responsibility will be to manage our front desk on a daily basis, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage all incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel
• Handle all incoming mail, distributing it to the correct recipients
• Oversee email correspondence and manage the company calendar
• Order and maintain office supplies inventory
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and customers
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to carry out administrative tasks
• Organize files and schedule appointments as required
• Carry out data entry tasks and manage a multi-line phone system
• Use your interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with customers and staff. • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
