Responsibilities:
What your day to day might look like:
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of the apartment community and amenities
- Interacts with associates and visitors with poise and diplomacy
- Accepts packages for the Resident Services Office and residents
- Maintains a register of contacts and phone numbers for local entertainment and services (i.e. restaurants, movie theaters, cab and other transportation companies and airlines)
- Greets every visitor with a positive and professional demeanor
- Accepts residents’ work orders and forwards to community office
- Perform inspections of common areas and community amenities
- Reports any observed maintenance problems
- Must assist and attend resident functions
- Must stay informed and comply with all policies and procedures as outlined
- Must adhere to and comply with company safety policies, rules and utilize safety equipment, as required
- Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers
- Must have reliable transportation in order to attend meetings, visit area businesses, purchase or pick up supplies for residents and community functions
- Must have a mode of communication in which to be contacted at home and to respond in cases of emergency
- Must be available for overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work
- Must be willing to be assigned to other Highmark communities, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Community Director
