Services Support Intern (Italian Speaker)

As a service support youll be responsible for support the team in having the contracts with customers properly registered and up to date.

What youll do
Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support techniciansSets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing
Your qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and Italian and intermediate level of English.Minimal experience in technical or commercial field are appreciated
Teamwork player and good communications skills
Passion and curiosity towards technological evolutions with attitude to customer contact
Strong organizational skills
