What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and expedite materials for production departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material availability gaps
• Support production operators by resolving material shortages
• Audit materials to ensure accuracy and manage inventory discrepancies
• Work critical shortage reports to maintain part availability
• Manage engineering releases, changes, and deviations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Supply Management or Manufacturing background (2+ years preferred)
• Problem-Solving Skills: A strong analytical thinker who can make sound business decisions
• Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a team environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and data analytics is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business, IT, or Engineering (or 2-3 years of relevant work experience)
• Material flow experience with a passion for learning
