Schedule: Full-Time M-F 7 am- 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic and/or advanced, standardized, and repetitive electro-mechanical assembly including box builds.
- Perform Wire/Cable/Harness assembly.
- Some SMT and/or through-hole hand assembly (solder).
- Inspect Electrical and/or Mechanical assemblies, Chassis, Cables, and Harnesses for defects.
- May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring and fastening connections, and pulling kits.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools.
- Ability to solder and/or rework fine pitch SMT parts under magnification a plus.
- Ability to work OT on an as-needed basis to meet company goals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions as well as written procedures.
- Must possess solid judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must be well organized and be able to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in written form.
- Ability to work well with others and be a conscientious and cooperative team player.
- Ability to meet quality expectations and follow safety guidelines.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma, GED, and/or technical diploma and 3+ years’ equivalent assembly experience and/or military technical training.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to do repetitive operations.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.; ability to stand for long periods.
Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
