Responsibilities
Leadership, management and development of warehouse talent.
Department responsibility to include: receiving, unpacking, quality checking and ensuring all
inbound material is received into stock daily. The Warehouse team is also responsible forpicking, packing and preparing all orders.
Develop and track warehouse KPI’s and driving accountability and improvement actions.
Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
Drive process improvement on material flow across building.
Confirm on time delivery to customer service and communicate if shipments are delayed.
Organize and maintain inventory levels for accuracy and physical space utilization.
Creating inventory cycle counting processes and completing cycle counting on-time andaccurately.
Proactively review team member workloads and adjust as necessary. Ensure area is cleaned daily and equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Order supplies in a timely manner.
Negotiate Logistics.
Continuously work to improve processes and eliminate waste.
Develop and track warehouse KPI’s and driving improvements on short-fall goals.
Create and update department goals and policies.
Manage team performance and recommend productivity improvements.
Drive Inventory management between parts and manufacturing. Maintain OSHA safety standards.
