• Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Managing email correspondence and ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Greeting guests and providing a positive and professional first impression.
• Organizing and maintaining files for efficient retrieval and management.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform data entry tasks.
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments as required.
• Transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Handling faxing tasks as needed.
• Delivering high-quality customer service at all times.
• Performing other receptionist duties as assigned.
