Check parts for conformance to specifications
Ability to use measurement devices
Ability to change tools, manipulate machine program-

Communicate all machine issues to your supervisor.-
Verify you clearly understand the objectives and goals.-
Ensure all job paperwork is filled out completely and turned in to your supervisor at the end of your shift.-
Ensure expectations are clearly understood. -
Report down time on job sheet. Start time, reason, and end time.-
Place all non-conforming parts into a 'Red' tote for disposition.-
Record scrap on the job sheet. This includes all parts placed into 'Red' tote.-
