Federal Capture Lead - Fed/Civ Agencies

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to leverage Aretum's unique capabilities with the aim of crafting compelling proposals that address the unique needs of federal and civilian customers.Your influence and guidance will be pivotal in positioning Aretum for sustainable growth in this competitive landscape.
Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development: Craft and execute detailed capture strategies targeting Federal/Civilian agencies, focusing on innovative opportunity identification and pursuit.
- Client and Partner Engagement: Establish and deepen relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to build strategic alliances and collaborative teams.
- Market and Competitive Insight: Conduct competitive market analysis and oversee strategic outreach to enhance Aretum's positioning and readiness in bid scenarios.
- Proposal Lifecycle Knowledge: Understand the proposal process to effectively contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making without direct involvement in proposal writing.
- Initiative and Leadership: Lead business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and proactive pursuit of viable new business channels.
- Experience: 4-10 years of successful experience in federal government capture, demonstrating a robust ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Expertise in Capture Management: Proficient understanding of the capture process, including opportunity assessment, team formation, and strategic negotiations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field pertinent to Federal/DoD contracting.
- Skills: Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Clearance and Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required per Federal guidelines, with the possibility of obtaining a Security Clearance.
