Network Administrator

This role will also involve collaboration with our IT team to ensure the smooth running of our network operations.

• Deliver technical support to end-users within the headquarters and remote job sites in California.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of new job sites, which includes setting up network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and user onboarding.
• Monitor system performance proactively and detect potential issues in advance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets and support activities.
• Work in collaboration with the IT team to develop and uphold IT policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the most effective systems are in place.
• Manage configuration and deployment of Cisco Routers, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies.
• Maintain firewall technologies and active directory, and ensure regular backups. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in managing Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies.
• Extensive experience with Citrix Technologies.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required.
• Proficiency in Firewall Technologies to ensure network security.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies for data recovery and protection.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware.
• Experience in Configuration Management to ensure network system consistency.
• Demonstrated experience in Deployments of network systems and technologies.
