We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity with a Wilsonville, OR based tax firm. This role is for an Administrative Assistant who will be mainly focused on handling inbound calls, providing customer service, greeting visitors and performing data entry tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner
- Providing top-notch customer service to all clients and customers
- Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Corresponding via email with clients, customers, and team members
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments as necessary for team members and clients.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on quality communication and problem resolution.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills, ensuring all information is correctly logged and updated.
- Ability to manage email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, providing consistent service regardless of call direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula creation.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, meeting scheduling, and task organization.
- Comfortable creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
- Capability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
