L&I Event Coordinator
DSI is a sales enablement company that has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator plays a key role in supporting new dealer campaigns and providing marketing support and strategies.
As the L&I Event Coordinator, you will work in an aggressive business providing quick turn-around time on pre-campaign work, creating campaigns, booking campaigns, and claiming. Additionally, you will provide detailed reporting and accountability on event programs.You must have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
This is an In-Office position that will report to our location in Kennesaw, GA.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm

Requirements- Create all-new dealer event campaigns
- Act as dealer and event liaison
- Negotiate campaign pricing
- Communicate all dealer event status to Dealer and DSI Team
- Schedule and run dealer update meetings
- Provide marketing support for local independent retailers as needed
- Provide accurate and detailed reporting on various programs
- Manage planning and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Claim dealer marketing funds
- Represent the company in a professional and educated manner
- Work well across many different departments
- Must have communication skills
- Must have problem-solving abilities
- Must be a team player
- College degree or equivalent of relative work experience
- Marketing experience preferred
- Strong professionalism with a proven track record
- Dynamic, highly motivated individual with integrity and passion to succeed
- Prompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented with proven results
- Ability to learn the industry key metrics and translate them into an executable action plan
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with detailed reporting
