AVL Test Systems, Inc. is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator II to join the team. This position coordinates and collaborates within their immediate team, in addition to working frequently with other internal departments such as Solution Engineering, Account Management, and Engineering .

The Sales Support Coordinator creates final customer proposals, customer RFQ responses and processes all forms of Purchase Orders.

Qualified candidates should possess 1-3+ years' relevant experience, with required proficient experience in Microsoft Suite. In addition, candidates must possess the ability to self-manage, have strong attention to detail, work successfully under pressure, and have strong communication skills (written & verbal.) Salesforce experience is beneficial, however not required.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Employer will not sponsor an applicant for a work visa for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in related field
  • Salesforce experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Ability to share work load in team environment

  • Able to work with short deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to self-manage work load and lead team when necessary
  • Excellent organization skills and time management
  • Ability to use AVL Quote proposal application

  • Proven, tested ability with Microsoft Office computer skills required
