A company in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor/Lead for an opportunity in the logistics industry. This role offers the chance to manage a team, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes.
Oversee the fulfillment of full orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of shipments.
Manage and track inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
Utilize 3PL Central software to streamline order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
Monitor Amazon order fulfillment and ensure adherence to Amazon’s specific shipping requirements.
Operate a Reach Truck to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
Ensure best practices in eCommerce order management, ensuring smooth and timely shipping for online orders.
