• Communicate effectively with employers and PHW’s (employees of the employer).
• Process and manage customer data with precision and accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain and update customer records.
• Meet daily metrics as a measure of customer service effectiveness.
• Balance both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proven experience in call center customer service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Proficient in email correspondence and maintaining customer communication
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and communication purposes
