Social Media Manager

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company based in Chicago, IL. We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help elevate our online presence, engage our community, and drive impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's brand and objectives.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, manage, and grow our social media communities through regular interactions and engagement.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay on top of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, PR, sales, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Run paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and creative testing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
