Randstad - Medical malpractice defense attorney

This role is hybrid with 2 days in office/week in DC. Position requires (A) a license in VA and DC, or a license in VA and the ability to waive into DC; (B) 3+ years of litigation experience, including medical malpractice defense experience. Compensation package includes a base salary of $120,000-160,000 + quarterly and annual bonus + comprenshive benefits.

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and arguing motions
• Preparing for and attending multi-party, complex civil trials
