Director of Talent Acquisition

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Talent Acquisition in Houston, Texas. This role will involve managing a team of recruiters, developing key performance indicators, and creating effective recruiting strategies. The position requires a solid understanding of building rapport and working with all levels of staff and leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment team and all recruitment processes
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Establish key performance indicators to measure recruitment team's effectiveness
• Foster relationships and work seamlessly with all levels of staff and leaders
• Manage the use of Applicant Track System for streamlined recruitment process
• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Oversee benefit functions for employees
• Employ cold calling techniques as part of recruitment strategies
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools for effective recruitment
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles
• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System
• Experience conducting Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Experience in Cold Calling
• Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans
• Proven track record of managing and leading a talent acquisition team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Certified Professional in Talent Management (CPTM) certification would be an advantage
