Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the company's financial accounts and assets
- Implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
- Conducting the company's financial audits with integrity and precision
- Handling the company's transactions and debts effectively
- Forecasting cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Adhering to proper accounting procedures to achieve financial objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data for strategic decision-making
- Creating detailed financial reports based on data analysis
- Managing the company's payroll, budget, and cash receipts
- Utilizing accounting software systems, including ADP
- Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP
- Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operation.
- Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must
- Experience with BlackLine software is highly desirable
- Knowledge in the use of Concur is required
- Applicant must be well-versed in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed
- Prior experience in Auditing is a plus
- Familiarity with Billing Functions is a must
