Responsibilities
CLINICAL EXCELLENCE FOCUS: Promotes the use of evidence based practice throughthe nursing process, protocols and procedures.
- Assesses patients status through interview, observation and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes.
- Develops an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patientfamily and health care team.
- Uses appropriate interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Systematically evaluates and documents patients progress toward expected outcomesgoals on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.
- Modifies plan of care based on evaluation and as needed based on changes in patient condition.
- Completes required documentation as appropriate, including patient chart and event reports.
- Demonstrates professional accountability for own practice as evidenced through seeking resources and continued self-development.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $31.65per hour - $54.44per hour.This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the
time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate
will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the
candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts
