Value Based Care Administrator
Overview:
Job Duties
This position reports to the Medical Director, Value Based and Executive Director and Support Services. This position
leads strategic program efforts for the organization by effectively managing a set of strategic initiatives, leveraging project
management, change management, and process improvement core capabilities. Interfaces directly with Medical Director,Senior Leadership and Departments to drive program strategy and to efficiently achieve project objectives and leads
multidisciplinary teams to meet or exceed targeted goals through expert program management.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions- Leads impactful strategic initiatives ensuring program goals are achieved within budgetary, time, and organizational parameters.
- Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
- Leads program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to the project team and critical interfacing with senior management.
- Develops curriculum and serves as instructor for strategic program management training programs
- Designs and conducts coaching/consulting engagements leveraging project management, change management, and process improvement core capabilities.
- Design workflows to meet contract measures and partner with internal teams to implement them, including building process documentation for risk adjustment and quality measures
- Work closely with physician leaders to review population health training, initiatives, and data, along with co-leading provider committees as needed
- Work with teams across the company to support their key processes or areas of improvement
- Manage team members when applicable
- Working knowledge of EHR quality management programs.

Qualifications:
Experience Requirements
5 years Progressively responsible administrative experience in an applicable ambulatory health care
facility which includes working knowledge of billing and/or reimbursement, management of
clinical and non-clinical staff and working with physicians, demonstrating management and
leadership expertise required
5 years Additional years at the senior management level may be substituted for years of college training required
5 years Combination of college and equivalent combination of education, training and experience from
which comparable skills can be acquired may be substituted required
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelors Business Administration, Allied Health and Health Care Management required or
Masters Business Administration, Allied Health and Health Care Management preferred
Additional Details:
- 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree will be considered
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with Green Belt accomplished w/in 6 months of hire required
AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional preferred
Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
