- Client Greeting & Assistance:

- Front Desk Operations:
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain the front office area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Manage client files, records, and correspondence with high confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with tax or financial services (preferred but not required).
