Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Greeting & Assistance:

  • Front Desk Operations:

  • Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized calendar.

  • Administrative Support:

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
