My client is based in Noblesville, IN yet a nationally recognized Multifamily general contractor. They primarily serve the Multifamily space but work in commercial construction as well. Bringing in nearly $150M in yearly revenue, my client offers career progression to Executive level.

Job Description
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and participate in administering project activities to ensure goals and objectives are met within the specified time frame and funding parameters.
  • Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related drawings and specifications.
  • Study specifications to plan construction procedures based on starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each project phase.
  • Prepare and approve job forecasts.
  • Review project specifications and ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance.
  • Evaluate proposals and contracts for adherence to client and designer requirements, as well as company policies.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking, schedule development, updates, and adherence.
  • Manage all owner billings and coordinate with accounting.
  • Report monthly cash flow accurately and on time.

The Successful Applicant
  • A BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is required.
  • Proficient with computer knowledge and efficiency, including Procore, Microsoft Office products, and Microsoft Project.
  • Must have experience with wood frame ground-up multifamily projects.
  • Skilled in various pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
  • Must be client-facing.
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with garden-style multifamily projects is a requirement.
