Our Company is a leading company dedicated to delivering top-notch services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Inventory Clerk & Administrative.

Qualifications:

  • bilingual in Spanish
  • Proven experience in inventory control and/or administrative support.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attentional to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify stock and update records accordingly.
  • Receive, label, and store incoming shipments.
  • Collaborate with the team to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize files, documents, and reports.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
