Our client is established and a successful company in the Capital Region seeking an experienced Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Rep with either a background in HVAC or a mechanical and/or technical Sales experience!
Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Rep:- The client base consists of Contractors, Architects, and Engineers.
- The candidate is responsible for contractor and/or technical work and requires a strong understanding of schematics.
- Promote the company's products as the preferred solution specified by Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.
-Work with existing customer base to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.-Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.-Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.-Meet or exceed sales plans.-Work on bids for engineers and contractors
