Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Bonobos is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will serves as the liaison between the Bonobos business and our digital marketing partners. They manage multiple online channels with the primary goal of efficiently driving revenue, clicks and conversion.

They drive customer acquisition and retention through paid marketing channels, develop and execute campaigns, test for optimization, and manage budgets, invoices and track and report all channels. They work closely with our creative team to request assets for paid channels and properly communicate best practices based on performance.

To thrive in this role, you should be a hungry self-starter who has excellent attention to detail, analytically and technically savvy, and can push to get anything done. A test and learn approach and mindset is key to this role. You know how to communicate effectively with folks with outside vendors agencies along with internal teams from Creative, Tech, Analytics, Finance and Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Partner with our media agency to specialize, manage and execute Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Linear TV, and Streaming including ownership of budget and spend, KPIs, creative and retargeting business rules. This also includes any additional areas of testing within those channels.
  • Support the execution of our paid performance marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, display and affiliate channels by combining data analysis, creative brand marketing and end to end journeys
  • Work with our internal creative team to help evolve creative development through a test and learn agenda, establishing testing framework and audience strategies for creative learnings
  • Own daily, weekly and monthly performance analysis, including key marketing performance indicators, tracking and testing data that is sent to key stakeholders. Continuously analyze and evaluate marketing and eCommerce dashboards to identify areas of opportunity. Collaborate with the growth marketing and analytics teams on campaign goals to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
  • Communicate, work and lead external partners to execute audience and creative strategy to hit KPIs
  • Lead workflow to ensure any data and / or technical requirements are set up to ensure the tracking and execution of campaigns
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in paid marketing.
  • Experience in eCommerce/direct response environment a plus
  • In depth understanding of various paid advertising platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc.) with experience managing direct response marketing campaigns on web, mobile web and native mobile app
  • Have worked with 3^rd party ad networks
  • Are proficient in web analytics tools
  • Come from an agency or have experience working with digital media agencies
  • Analytical and have quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
  • Are able to look at data and understand the trade-offs between performance and branding
  • Experience in Tableau and Google Analytics a plus

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

Salary Range: $78,800 - $108,600
