Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties- Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in responses to inquiries about CAPS products and services.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
- Adheres to CAPS Policies and Procedures.
- Work with Operations when needed to reprioritizing orders to facilitate distribution to customer.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CAPS catalog and basic understanding or knowledge of pharmacy and IV medications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as time management skills.
- Ability to work well with CAPS cross functional team members such as Sales, Marketing and Information technology.

Qualifications

Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
