The office manager role is essential to our organization - responsible for the efficiency and smooth running of the office. As an Office Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment, monitoring inventory supplies, and handling shortages.
  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising new ways to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
