Customer Service Rep.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a background in manufacturing or a similar industry and experience using Global Shop Solutions software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Utilize Global Shop Solutions software to manage customer orders, inventory, and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing or similar setting required.
• Proficiency in Global Shop Solutions software is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
