Human Resources Manager
Overview:
The Salvation Army’s Ray & Joan Kroc Community Center (Dorchester) is hiring a Human Resources Manager and offers excellent benefit package to eligible employees including:

Pay Range: $78,000 to $81,000 per year
The Kroc Human Resources Manager is responsible for but not limited to employee relations, including conflict resolution, maintaining employee payroll records, performance appraisal process, and training & development. Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in payroll a plus
- Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with Payroll required.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience with directly handling employee relations matters including conflict resolution.
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Current working knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment laws
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner.
