The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator with the supervision of home health services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the skilled nursing and other therapeutic services.
- The Clinical Supervisor is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate) and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Registered by the state(s) where currently practicing as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR Certification
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid driver's license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
- Three to five years of experience as a licensed RN required
- Three to five years of Home Health experience required
- Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health nursing supervisor preferred
- Experience with EMR systems, OASIS-D and able to train on skilled nursing duties as needed
