We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Escrow Administrative Assistant, based in Corona, California. As an Escrow Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in handling customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and processing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process customer credit applications in accordance with established standards
  • Uphold accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor customer accounts, identifying any irregularities and taking appropriate action when necessary
  • Utilize Abila MIP and other Accounting Software Systems for data processing and management
  • Leverage CRM tools to enhance customer interaction and service delivery
  • Generate and interpret reports using Crystal Reports to aid in decision making
  • Oversee the buying processes, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage check processing duties, ensuring all checks are processed correctly
  • Assist in closing processes and the preparation of deeds, ensuring all legal and company guidelines are adhered to.
  • Proficiency in using Abila MIP software
  • Experience with Accounting Software Systems
  • Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports
  • Familiarity with data processing techniques
  • Understanding of buying processes within the construction industry
  • Experience in check processing procedures
  • Knowledge of closing processes relevant to the construction industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding and handling of deeds in a construction context
