Overview:

Why We Need Your Talents:

The Revenue Audit Assistant Manager under the direction of the Revenue Audit Manager, is responsible for day to day operations of The Revenue Audit Department. The Revenue Audit Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that revenue generated by hospitality revenue centers of the property are properly calculated and reported.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Revenue Audit department.
  • Devise and implement income audit procedures, forms, reconciliation, variance reporting and follow up.
  • Select, schedule, direct, supervise, train and develop Revenue Audit Supervisors.
  • Ensure all revenue generated by hotel, F&B and entertainment operations is properly recorded, reconciled and documented.
  • Review journal entries complete journal entry input/edit what was entered in the accounting system and approve the posting of journal entries to the General Ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and/or post month-end statistical journal entries.
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance to department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepare the daily, weekly, and month-end revenue reports.
  • Must be able to complete job duties of Revenue Audit Supervisors, Revenue Auditors, if necessary.
  • Always demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations.
  • Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college level accounting courses preferred).
  • One (1) to three (3) years of high-volume accounts payable or general accounting experience.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees
  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
  • You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
