Housekeeper

• Perform cleaning duties in residents' units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper cleaning supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed, such as laundry and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
