Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Reno, Nevada. The primary function of this role is to assist in the receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of products in a warehouse environment. The role involves the use of bar code scan applications and requires efficient completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the unloading and receiving of goods arriving at the warehouse
• Efficiently process shipping orders
• Maintain an organized storage system for all products in the warehouse
• Utilize bar code scan applications to accurately record receipt and status changes to inventory
• Contribute to idea generation during morning huddles
• Exhibit attention to detail during the prep process to ensure first-time delivery completion
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries
• Proficiently use computer programs and ERP solutions for inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally. • Familiarity with Computer Programs is required
• Experience with ERP Solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is beneficial
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is expected
• Strong Communication skills are necessary
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving items
• Open to candidates with zero or more years of experience.
