Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC systems, ammonia refrigeration, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations through timely maintenance and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve breakdowns and equipment failures on the production floor. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery and systems, including electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations. Collaborate with both maintenance and production teams, sharing knowledge and expertise, and remain open to learning from others. Use the SAP computer-based maintenance management system for work orders and tracking.
Complete other assigned duties as needed to support plant operations. Adapt to working in a variety of environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures (hot or cold), depending on the season and plant location. Experience with PLC systems and ammonia refrigeration.

Troubleshooting and repair skills across a range of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $60,320 - $68,640 per year
