Corporate Paralegal, In-House Legal (WOODBRIDGE, NJ)

- is searching for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to assist the legal department on a contractual basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring at least two (2+) years of true transactional/regulatory legal experience, with more tenured/seasoned Corporate Paralegal talent welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include assisting Head of Compliance/Deputy General Counsel on company regulatory, compliance and operational matters, and managing/tracking relevant databases and systems with compliance, employee training, docketing, licensing and auditing matters, as well as reports and administration of various contracts and agreements.
Position is fully/5 days in office.Location is ISELIN, NJ (Woodbridge Township).

REQUIREMENTS / IDEAL SKILLSET- SOLID understanding of the insurance industry.
- Experience as a corporate paralegal supporting in house legal team OR prior experience handling insurance matters in law firm
- Knowledge of contracts, regulatory and transactional areas of law
- Strong legal research skills are a must.
- Strong research, data reporting and auditing skills
- Ability to work FULLY in-office/in-person (Woodbridge Township, NJ)
