Responsibilities
You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via email responses, inbound phone calls, live chat, networking, reaching out to potential partners and following our competitors. Inquiries include billing support, technical issues, cancellation requests and general product questions.The role is both proactive and reactive.
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer service inquiries.
Process customer requests for new sales and upgrades.
Provide a superior level of customer service.
Well versed in all products and websites supported.
Meet or exceed productivity objectives.
Note customer interactions in program applications.
Must live and reside in USA local to Fort Lauderdale (No Sponsorship)

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Be self-motivated Be able to service/work full time Possess strong listening and problem solving skills Must work well in a team.
Fluent Spanish and English speaking/reading/writing ability is a plus!
